Fox News host Jesse Watters has slammed President Biden's performance in the CNN Presidential Debate, declaring that the debate was effectively over within the first 13 minutes. Watters criticized Biden's incoherent speech, exhausted demeanor, and inability to effectively counter Trump's attacks.

Watters noted that Biden appeared far from rested, despite having spent the previous week at Camp David. "Biden didn't look like a guy who'd been resting at Camp David, pounding lasagna for a week," Watters said. "13 minutes in, the debate was officially over."

According to Watters, Biden's performance sent shockwaves through the Democratic party. "Democrats across the country begin to panic," Watters said. "Biden sounded hoarse, looked pale and exhausted, was babbling nonsense and it got worse."

While Biden appeared confused and unable to keep up with Trump's attacks, Watters praised Trump's discipline and composure. "Biden, staring slack-jawed and confused while Trump pounded his points across was one thing," Watters said. "But when Trump paused, was disciplined when his mic was muted, that's hard to beat."

Watters also noted that Biden's attempt to attack Trump's personal life backfired. "Trump didn't flinch an inch when Biden slandered him with hoaxes," Watters said. "But the minute he brought up his measurements, golf game and sex life, it was a different story."

Watters concluded by stating that Biden's performance had cast a shadow over his presidency. "Last night, we saw a glimpse of the future of America," Watters said. "And it's not a pretty sight."
