The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office apprehended 23 juveniles and six adults, who were booked into the juvenile assessment center and Orient Road Jail, respectively. The six adults identified as suspects are Lekera Evans (32), Yazelynn Ramos (21), Malik Carter (20), Jadyn Sebro (18), Aliyah Alfonso (18), and Fareed Carter (18). All six are charged with trespassing, while Ramos and Sebro face additional charges of disorderly conduct and Evans is charged with resisting an officer's orders without violence.

Sheriff Chad Chronister condemned the violent behavior, stating, "This violent and destructive behavior will never, under any circumstances, be tolerated in Hillsborough County."
