Rapper Cam'ron has taken aim at CNN for inviting him to discuss allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs, criticizing the network for failing to highlight his positive contributions to the community. In an episode of his podcast on Monday, Cam'ron expressed frustration with the focus on sensational topics rather than meaningful discussions.

During his CNN interview, Cam'ron was prompted to comment on video footage of Diddy allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Instead of directly addressing the allegations, Cam'ron evasively stated that the video was "self-explanatory," drawing criticism for not condemning the actions depicted.

"You didn't invite me on to say how successful our show is, or [discuss] positive stuff we do in the community," Cam'ron lamented on his podcast. "You call me on CNN for the bulls---, I'll give you the bulls---."

To drive home his point, Cam'ron went on to promote his own line of sex supplement products, drinking a Pink Horse Power drink live on air. The act was widely seen as a defiant rebuttal to CNN's pursuit of controversial topics.

Cam'ron suggested that CNN had not adequately researched his background before booking him for the interview. "Who's the talent agent for this joint?" he questioned. "You think I be sitting around watching what Diddy doing? I didn't know this was a Diddy joint that y'all invited me to."

Despite his criticism of CNN, Cam'ron emphasized his commitment to positive community initiatives. "I don't believe in domestic violence," he stated. "I don't believe anything that has to do with being a pedophile. I don't believe in sex-trafficking."

Cam'ron went on to mock CNN for their perceived lack of due diligence. "I don't know why they didn't watch '60 Minutes,'" he said, referring to a previous controversial interview in which he declined to cooperate with police. "This is what I do."

A source familiar with the situation told Fox News Digital that Cam'ron's representative was fully informed about the interview's topic ahead of time. Cam'ron, however, maintains that the interview could have taken a more positive direction.

"You could have called us up for a bunch of positive things that we do," he said. "But you want to play games and that's what you got."

CNN has not issued a response to Cam'ron's comments.
