In a recent twist in Christina Hall's divorce proceedings, the HGTV star has alleged that her estranged husband, Josh Hall, transferred $35,000 from her personal bank account to his own after their divorce filing.

According to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Hall claims that on July 8, 2024, the day after she informed Josh of her intention to file for divorce, he contacted her property manager via text and requested that future rental payments from her rental properties be sent to a different account.
Hall maintains that the "can we please" language used in the text is inaccurate, as she had no personal contact with Josh on that day and would not have asked him to send money to himself.

"Josh was able to divert over $35,000 of my separate property rental income into his account," Hall stated in the documents. "I am asking for Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me as those funds are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for these rental properties."
Both Christina and Josh Hall filed for divorce on July 7 in Orange County. The "Flip or Flop" star cited "irreconcilable differences" in her petition and stated that she does not believe she should have to pay spousal support to Josh.

In her court filings, Hall also expressed concern over Josh's actions, stating that the timing of his alleged transfer of funds raises questions about his financial situation.
"The fact that this is the same date he now alleges to be our date of separation, even though it is actually July 7, 2024, makes it clear why he chose the next day," Hall said in the documents. "It makes me wonder what else I am not aware of as it relates to his financial situation and that is why I am having a full forensic accounting performed for the entire term of our marriage."

Christina Hall also stated that she believes Josh has his own income and should not require spousal support from her.
Representatives for both Christina and Josh Hall have not yet responded to requests for comment.
Hall's marriage to Josh marks her third. She was previously married to Ant Anstead, with whom she shares a two-year-old son named Hudson. Prior to that, she was married to Tarek El Moussa, with whom she shares two children, Taylor and Brayden.
