Bohnsle joins Compass with a decade of experience in the housing industry, most recently serving as a senior analyst at BTIG. His in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and strong relationships with investors will be invaluable to Compass as it continues to grow and expand its reach.
Compass Bolsters Investor Relations with Seasoned Housing Analyst
In his role as Head of Investor Relations, Bohnsle will be responsible for developing and executing Compass's investor relations strategy, including communicating the company's financial performance, business strategy, and growth prospects to investors and analysts. He will also play a key role in managing Compass's investor outreach and engagement programs, ensuring effective communication and transparency with the investment community.
Bohnsle's extensive experience in the housing industry makes him an ideal candidate for this role. Prior to joining BTIG, he worked as a real estate investment analyst at Green Street Advisors, where he covered the multifamily and single-family rental sectors. He also has experience in the commercial real estate space, having worked as an analyst at JLL.
Bohnsle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute.
