According to records viewed by Fox News Digital, Chigvintsev was arrested at approximately 9:40 am on Thursday for violating California Penal Code Section 273.5(a) PC, which defines domestic violence as corporal injury to a spouse, former spouse, cohabitant, former cohabitant, or the mother or father of his or her child.

Chigvintsev was booked at 10:40 am. Bail has been set at $25,000.
