Diddy Accused of Sexual Assault by Over 100 Victims, Lawyer Warns of Legal Action

Tony Buzbee, a Texas attorney representing over 120 alleged victims of Sean "Diddy" Combs, has issued a stern warning to the entertainment industry, threatening to name names and pursue legal action against accomplices, enablers, and anyone who turned a blind eye to the alleged sex trafficking.

Sean "Diddy" Combs faces a barrage of allegations from over 100 victims, according to Tony Buzbee, a Texas attorney representing the accusers. Buzbee, a former Recon Marine officer and head of a Houston-based law firm, has vowed to expose those involved in the alleged sex trafficking perpetrated by the music mogul.

Buzbee warned that legal action could extend beyond alleged accomplices to include enablers and even individuals who looked away. He emphasized the seriousness of the accusations, particularly those involving underage victims, with reports of a 9-year-old, a 14-year-old, and a 15-year-old among the accusers.

"When you talk about the ages of the victims when the conduct occurred, it's shocking," Buzbee stated.

Despite the gravity of the allegations, no lawsuits have been filed, but Buzbee anticipates the first filing within a month. He indicated that most cases will be filed in New York and California, with the possibility of surprising additional defendants.

"The list is very long," Buzbee said.

Combs, through his attorney Erica Wolff, has vehemently denied the allegations. Wolff stated that Combs "emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors."

Combs is currently in custody without bail in New York. Legal experts believe that credible civil lawsuits could lead to additional criminal charges, with potential involvement of the U.S. attorney in investigating and indicting Combs with more serious offenses.

The pressure mounts on the Bad Boy Records founder to consider a plea deal, as his attorneys indicate their unwillingness to accept one currently. However, David Gelman, a Philadelphia-area defense attorney, advises that the bleeding needs to be stopped, and cooperation with authorities could benefit Combs.

"If I’m Diddy’s attorney, I’m telling Diddy to authorize me to negotiate the best deal, and if he wants to cooperate, that can only help him before it’s too late," Gelman said.
