Wahlberg expressed his desire to collaborate with McCarthy on a television show, stating that he prefers it not to be a reality series but rather a comedy or sitcom. The couple marked their milestone anniversary with a series of videos and photos shared on their respective Instagram Stories.

"Happy Anniversary! (yeah we did a thing — again)," Wahlberg wrote alongside a photo of himself holding McCarthy and gazing into her eyes.
McCarthy and Wahlberg's second ceremony was a smaller affair, attended by the couple, their wedding officiant Ray McElroy and his wife Michelle. Wahlberg shared a photo of the group at the ceremony, thanking Ray and Michelle for their involvement.

The couple also posed for photos outside the Baker Hotel by the St Charles' Fox River. McCarthy opted for a dark blue sleeveless satin dress, while Wahlberg wore a suit in the same shade with a black dress shirt.

In a joint Instagram post, McCarthy and Wahlberg shared a video montage of their wedding journey. The clip featured moments from their first ceremony and their latest vow renewal.
"Walking into our next ten years like! Happy 10th Anniversary Baby! So excited to share the rest of forever with you! One decade down, eternity to go!," they wrote in the caption.

McCarthy later shared a heartfelt Instagram post dedicated to Wahlberg, expressing her love and gratitude for him.
"How do I feel like a newlywed after ten years of marriage?," she wrote in the caption, which was set to Etta James' classic "At Last."

McCarthy and Wahlberg have made it a tradition to renew their vows annually since their wedding. In 2022, Wahlberg explained the significance of the tradition on Instagram.
"Some people ask ‘why do you renew your vows every year?’. Those tend to be the same people that also ask ‘how do you keep your marriage so new?’" he wrote.
While appearing on the "Let’s Talk Off Camera with Kelly Ripa" podcast last month, McCarthy opened up about the vow renewals.
"I used to make fun of celebrities when they would do it or people in general when they renew their vows," she admitted. "I'm like, ‘That's so corny and weird. Your wedding's over. Just stay married.’ And then Donnie — this is a tradition Donnie wanted to implement."
"He's like, ‘I want to remind each other of our vows’ and talk about — like our pastor reminisces about the year and gives us a thing to think about as the year goes on."
"So, there is something nice about it," she said.
McCarthy also expressed her intense love for Wahlberg in the podcast interview.
