A 73-year-old Arizona man has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault, endangerment, and DUI after allegedly crashing his vehicle into an Elks Lodge on Saturday night, injuring 30 people.
The incident occurred in Apache Junction, Arizona, when Thomas Kain, 73, reportedly crashed his truck into the Elks Lodge at approximately 8:27 PM on Saturday. According to the Apache Junction Police Department, Kain was allegedly attempting to leave the premises under the influence of alcohol when the accident occurred.

Five additional individuals drove themselves to local hospitals for further medical evaluation. One person remains in "critical but stable" condition and is expected to recover from their injuries.
