Martinez, 24, led the UFL in rushing yards (528) during the regular season, while finishing tied for second in passing touchdowns (15) and third in passing yards (1,749).
Despite not starting the season as the Stallions' starter, Martinez seized every opportunity and propelled Birmingham to league dominance. His impressive rushing performance, culminating in a three-touchdown outing in the inaugural UFL Championship Game, showcased his versatility and game-changing abilities.
Martinez, who played collegiate football for Nebraska and Kansas State, appeared in 49 games, starting 47 of them. He amassed 9,752 passing yards and 51 touchdowns, completing 63.6% of his passes. Additionally, he rushed for 627 yards and 10 scores.
