July's Rookie Surge: New Names Crack the Top 10 Power Rankings

With a month of breakout performances, young hitters have shaken up the ranks. Here are the latest updates, featuring newcomers and returning faces in the top 10.

July proved to be a breakout month for a plethora of rookie hitters who've finally found their groove at the plate. Once considered long shots, some of these players have emerged as legitimate contenders for Rookie of the Year honors.

In the latest rookie power rankings, two players made a return to the list while another cracked the top 10 for the first time this year.

Colt Keith (2B, Detroit Tigers): The reigning American League Rookie of the Month is hitting .300 with 7 home runs.

Austin Wells (C, New York Yankees): A patient hitter who ranks among the top 9 rookie position players in both bWAR and fWAR.

Jackson Chourio (OF, Milwaukee Brewers): A multi-talented 20-year-old with a .872 OPS since the start of June.
