3. "I do not believe that Joe Biden has the capabilities of serving out the rest of this term, let alone running for president," Donalds said. "The Democrats are the ones who have a serious issue here, not the Republican members on Capitol Hill."

4. Donalds' comments come as a growing number of House Democrats have called on Biden to step aside, including Reps. Tim Ryan of Ohio, Jared Huffman of California, and Lloyd Doggett of Texas.

5. Ryan, who is running for president in 2024, said that Biden's "need for him to step aside is more urgent tonight than when I first called for it on Tuesday."

6. "We're wasting our time defending him when we should be pointing out the shortcomings, the failures the wrongdoing of Donald Trump," Ryan said.

7. However, other Democrats have defended Biden's performance, including Rep. John Garamendi of California, who said that Biden is "under such a microscope, all of us looking for those flubs."

8. "What would be a normal part of any conversation is considered to be a national security problem, not so," Garamendi said.

9. Donalds also criticized Harris' record as vice president, arguing that she has not done enough to address issues such as the border crisis and inflation.

10. "She co-sponsored and fully supported Bernie Sanders' radical takeover of American health care, would have added $32 trillion to a $35 trillion debt already," Donalds said.

11. "She co-sponsored and fully sponsored this radical Green New Deal, which would cost the American people almost $100 trillion, and it would make electricity prices higher and it would make our inflation problems worse."

12. Despite Donalds' criticism, Harris is considered to be a strong contender for the Democratic nomination in 2024. A recent poll by CNN found that she is within striking distance of Trump in a hypothetical matchup, 47 to 45, with registered voters.
