Vice President Kamala Harris has launched a blistering attack on former President Donald Trump, accusing him of being "one of the biggest losers ever" when it comes to the economy.
In a major economic speech in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Harris charged that Trump's policies had led to a net loss of 75,000 manufacturing jobs, while the Biden-Harris administration had created nearly 800,000.

"He talks a big game, but he has no real plan to rebuild our economy," Harris said. "He's more interested in lining his own pockets than in helping the American people."
