A man from Las Vegas is facing murder charges after allegedly shooting his neighbor following an incident where his neighbor allegedly exposed himself to the man's family. Eddi Moreno Jr. is accused of shooting 47-year-old Joe Moreno on Monday evening.

According to a police report, Moreno Jr. and his family had just returned home from their daughter's soccer game when they found Joe Moreno near their property. Joe's girlfriend had locked him out of their house after an argument.

Eddi's wife told police her husband got a gun from their backpack, confronted Joe, and accused him of breaking into their house. She stated that Joe then exposed himself and made thrusting gestures towards Eddi before the shooting. Her 911 call revealed that Joe had a history of exposing himself in front of her children.

Eddi Jr. told police that Joe had been looking over their wall into his backyard and had threatened him. However, the police disputed these claims. Eddi had also warned Joe that he would shoot if he came towards him.

A neighbor's doorbell camera captured the incident. Eddi Jr. is heard on the recording yelling threats and expressing anger at Joe's actions. After the shooting, he reportedly said, "That's what he gets. He's not going to do that in front of my kids."

First responders found Joe bleeding in his driveway. He later died in the hospital from multiple gunshot wounds. The Clark County Coroner ruled his death a homicide.
