"So much for Kamala's pivot to the middle," Ingraham said. "Well, today, the Democrat cabal, as speaker McCarthy just said, doubled down on radicalism."

Ingraham pointed to Walz's support for the "Squad," a group of progressive Democratic congresswomen, as evidence of his radicalism.
"Remember, if the 'Squad' is happy — and they are ecstatic that Walz is the choice — you should grab your children and watch your wallet, because if Harris and he end up in power, you're going to need to do a lot more to protect both, because for Gov. Walz, being a socialist just means being a good neighbor," Ingraham said.
Ingraham also criticized Walz's record on law enforcement, saying that he has "helped tank law enforcement in his state."
"Walz has been a vocal critic of police and has proposed a number of reforms that would make it more difficult for law enforcement to do their jobs," Ingraham said.
Ingraham also criticized Walz's record on education, saying that he is "on his way to tanking education as well."
"Walz has pushed for a number of reforms that would lower standards and make it more difficult for students to succeed," Ingraham said.
"You heard a lot tonight about his experience as a public school teacher — and that sounds lovely — but he's forgotten whatever sense he learned, and now it's all DEI all the time," Ingraham said.
Ingraham's criticisms of Walz are part of a broader effort by Fox News to paint the Democratic Party as radical and out of touch with the American people.
Fox News has repeatedly attacked the "Squad" and other progressive Democrats, accusing them of being socialists who want to destroy the American economy and way of life.
Fox News has also criticized Vice President Kamala Harris, accusing her of being a radical leftist who is unqualified to be president.
The attacks on Walz and Harris are likely to continue as the 2024 presidential election approaches. Republicans are hoping to use Walz's and Harris's records to argue that the Democratic Party is too radical to be trusted with power.
