Lauren Day Earns Back-to-Back All-American Honors, Navy Women's Rowing Celebrates Scholar-Athlete Achievements

Lauren Day of the Navy women's rowing team has been named an All-American for the second consecutive year, while eight members of the squad have been recognized as 2024 CRCA Scholar-Athletes.

Lauren Day, a standout member of the Navy women's rowing team, has continued to shine on the national stage, earning her second straight All-American accolade. This prestigious honor recognizes the top rowers in the country based on their performances throughout the season.

Day, who competed in the varsity eight and varsity four boats, played a pivotal role in Navy's success during the 2023 campaign. Her technical proficiency, exceptional endurance, and unwavering determination propelled her team to impressive results, including a victory at the Patriot League Championships.
