League of Legends: Wild Rift Patch 5.1b Brings Final Stand: Challenge Mode and More

The highlight of Wild Rift's patch 5.1b is the Final Stand: Challenge Mode, which addresses one of the major gripes with the original Final Stand mode: its limited duration. With Challenge Mode, players can now embark on an endless journey as Kalista, testing their endurance against the relentless Iron Order. This mode will become available on May 16th.

Kalista also takes center stage in the Siege of the Blessed Isle event, where players can delve into the character's backstory while facing off against the Iron Order. Participants can earn various rewards through this event, which launches simultaneously with the Final Stand: Challenge Mode.

Patch 5.1b introduces reworks for Miss Fortune and Riven, aiming to refresh their gameplay and enhance their abilities. These updated champions will be featured in the Journey to Mastery event, where players can earn rewards such as Poro Energy by showcasing their skills with the revamped champions. The Journey to Mastery event goes live on May 30th.

Wild Rift is celebrating Pride Month with a special event featuring a parade, an exclusive emblem, icon, and chests. The festivities commence on June 1st at Riot's Community Pride Hub, offering players an opportunity to celebrate diversity and support the LGBTQIA+ community.

In addition to the core updates, patch 5.1b includes:

* New skins for Kalista and Vi

* Updated runes and items for optimal gameplay

* Bug fixes and performance improvements

* Upcoming changes to ranked gameplay, including the addition of the Diamond tier and adjustments to matchmaking
