Lindsay Lohan, the beloved former 'Mean Girl,' is embracing a new chapter in her life as a mother and is eagerly anticipating her return to acting in 'Freaky Friday 2.'

Lohan and her husband, Bader Shammas, welcomed Luai last summer in Dubai, where she has resided for nearly a decade. The couple initially met at a restaurant, where Lohan boldly approached Shammas, sparking a conversation that lasted for hours. "I said, 'You look like someone I know.' He was like, 'No, I don't, who?'" Lohan recalled.

While she cherishes her time as a mother, Lohan is also excited to return to the big screen. She will reprise her role as Anna Coleman in 'Freaky Friday 2,' a sequel to the 2003 film in which she starred alongside Jamie Lee Curtis. Lohan hinted that the sequel will be "much freakier" than audiences might expect, but added that it has been a pleasant experience working with Curtis again.

"Jamie and I have stayed in touch over the years," Lohan said. "They always say when you have a best friend or someone who you're really close with, you can not see them for years and years, but when you see them again it's like you never separated."

Lohan has been busy outside of her acting endeavors as well. She is co-hosting ChristmasCon with Lacey Chabert, an event celebrating all things holiday-themed. Jonathan Bennett, her former 'Mean Girls' co-star, expressed his excitement about Lohan's return to the spotlight during an interview with Fox News Digital.

As Lohan navigates her new responsibilities as a mother and actress, she remains grateful for the support and love she receives from family and friends. "I just feel like I have the best people in my life," she said.

"I'm just so blessed to have everything that I do in my life," Lohan added. "I'm just really, really grateful."
