When asked about watching Skenes pitch, Dunne exclaimed, "My brain can't even process how hard he throws. It is incredible, and it's such a joy to watch. He's a great baseball player but an even better person."

Skenes' dominance on the mound has earned him a starting berth for the National League in his first All-Star Game. Through 11 starts, he boasts an impressive 1.90 ERA and nearly 100 strikeouts.

"It's been awesome," Skenes said of his All-Star experience. "These are the guys I'm playing against that I really don't want to face the entire year, but it's nice to have them all on the same team for the day."

Dunne, who rushed to the All-Star Game straight from the ESPYS, has developed an appreciation for baseball thanks to her relationship with Skenes. "I just started getting into baseball this year, especially Major League Baseball, and it has been so much fun to watch. To be in the environment of MLB has been such a pleasure," she said.

Skenes, who has already achieved several milestones this season, is eager to experience his first All-Star Game. As the starter, he will face some of the game's best, including Cleveland Guardians outfielder Steven Kwan, Baltimore Orioles phenom Gunnar Henderson, and New York Yankees superstar Juan Soto.

"Just going to try to get outs. Each guy, they don't have many holes, but just going to try to attack them and pitch my game," Skenes said of his strategy.

Dunne's presence at the All-Star Game is a testament to the growing influence of social media in sports. With over 1.4 million followers on Instagram, she has become a popular figure in the world of gymnastics and beyond.

Their appearance on the red carpet highlights the multifaceted nature of the MLB All-Star Game, showcasing not only the talents of players on the field but also the personalities and relationships that make baseball a captivating sport.
