Country music singer Rory Feek has penned an emotional blog post addressing concerns raised by his older daughters, Heidi and Hopie, over the well-being of their 10-year-old sister, Indiana. In a post titled "love, dad," Feek vehemently denies the allegations, stating that Indiana "has never been more loved or better cared for than she is right now."
"I never in a million dreams would have imagined that my older girls would be doing what they’re doing now, and I would be sitting here writing this blog post," Feek wrote.

The allegations stemmed from an article published by Taste of Country, where Heidi and Hopie expressed concerns about their father's care of Indiana. Heidi claimed that Rory often left Hopie with people who took advantage of them and that their younger sister was left in the care of a group with a documented history of physical and sexual abuse.
Feek responded by dismissing the allegations as "silly, salacious online reports." He stated that Indiana stayed with two families while he and his wife, Rebecca, were on their honeymoon and that these families are trusted friends with children that Indiana is close to.

Regarding the accusations of leaving Indiana with child molesters, Feek wrote, "I am not a perfect father, but I’m also not an idiot." He emphasized the importance of protecting his daughter and would never knowingly put her in harm's way.
Feek also addressed the allegations that Indiana is not allowed to speak or see her sisters. He stated that the siblings were previously allowed to communicate, but when Child Protective Services contacted him with accusations of neglect, Heidi and Hopie forfeited their right to do so.

"This is not how it should be done. Instagram and Facebook are not the places where we should, as people and families, be settling our disputes or differences," Feek wrote, expressing his disappointment with the use of social media as a platform for family conflict.
In a separate Instagram post, Heidi shared alleged text messages she sent to her father that went unanswered. She wrote, "Love is action, not words. We forgive you for your unkind words. You called us cowardly in your blog post for not facing you. We forgive you. The last time we sat down to have this conversation, without a mediator as you requested, you told us you were done being our father. We forgive you."
