Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell has made remarkable progress in his recovery from a gunshot wound to the leg, showcasing his determination and resilience in a recent video. Just three weeks after the incident, Dell took to the field with his trainer, showcasing his explosiveness and agility.

"He looked good," Diamond told KPRC. "Even though that stuff happened, three is ready to go."

Dell's recovery has been a welcomed sight for the Texans, who were initially concerned about the severity of his injury. The 24-year-old was one of 10 people injured during a shootout at a Florida bar in April.

According to police, a 16-year-old opened fire after an altercation at a party in Sanford, north of Orlando. An unidentified male also returned fire.

Dell was shot in the leg, and sources told KPRC that the bullet pierced the back of his leg and exited the front. Despite the severity of the injury, Dell was released from the hospital and is now focused on his recovery.

"We saw him in the office the other day, and he looked good, in good spirits," said Texans owner Cal McNair. "But he'll have to rehab and get back to where he was."

It remains unclear whether Dell will be available for OTAs, which began on Monday. Dell's recovery timeline will depend on his continued progress and the recommendations of medical professionals.
