At San Jose State University (SJSU), a professor has been suspended for allegedly encouraging students to violate university policies at anti-Israel protests on campus. Sang Hea Kil, a Justice Studies professor and former anti-racism chair, claims the suspension violates her constitutional rights and that the university's accusations are baseless.
