The officer initiated a traffic stop for a registration violation, but the driver, identified as Bradley R. Semirich, 37, of Portage, Wisconsin, sped off, initiating a pursuit.

The video footage shows Semirich attempting to overtake southbound traffic on the shoulder of the road but losing control and crashing into a ditch. The limousine appears to speed past a school bus with its lights flashing during the chase.

After the crash, Semirich exited the limousine and fled on foot. He was spotted running into a nearby wooded area, prompting another pursuit by officers. A search dog tracked the suspect, and officers closed in on his location.

An officer spotted Semirich hiding in the woods and called for backup. The video captured a physical altercation between the suspect and the officer after Semirich allegedly bit the officer.
