Kelley's arrest in Georgia is the latest in a string of legal issues she has faced in recent years.

In April, she was arrested for indecent exposure after allegedly exposing herself at a busy highway intersection in Alabama. Charging documents alleged that Kelley exposed her breasts and lower body at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14.

After her arrest on April 5, Kelley was charged with three misdemeanors, including soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure, and obstructing governmental operations. However, the prostitution charge was later dismissed, and the indecent exposure charge was reduced to the lesser offense of lewd conduct.

Kelley pleaded guilty to the charges of lewd conduct and obstructing government operations and was ordered to pay a $200 fine and serve 90 days in jail, with 39 days suspended.

In 2017, Kelley pleaded guilty to manufacturing, delivery, sale, and possession of methamphetamine. She was sentenced to eight years in jail but was released early and put on parole.

Wynonna Judd has not publicly commented on her daughter's recent arrest. However, she has previously expressed support for Kelley during her legal struggles.

In 2017, Judd told People magazine that she was "proud" of her daughter for seeking help for her addiction.

"Grace is a strong young woman who has made some mistakes," Judd said. "But she is working hard to overcome her addiction and rebuild her life."

Judd and her daughter have a close relationship, and Judd has often spoken about the importance of family.

"Family is everything to me," Judd said in a 2019 interview with The Tennessean. "I would do anything for my children."
